Restorative Yoga - Five-week Course with Lotta Jackson - THURSDAYS 5:30pm

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply nourishing practice that uses props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in passive poses. These postures encourage deep relaxation, help regulate the nervous system, and are especially beneficial if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, or physical tension. They can also support recovery after surgery, illness, or while managing a chronic condition (please consult your GP if this applies to you). During this 5-week clinic, Lotta will guide you through restorative sequences that invite stillness, calm, and release. Each session offers time to rest, reset, and restore—leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and renewed.
